Canvasbacks by Charlie "Speed" Joiner (1921-2015), Chestertown, MD. Full size working decoys from the 1950s. Drake is dated 1953, signed Betterton, and branded X from Clarence Webb's rig. Hen is dated 1950 and has the desireable dark brown paint only made in the early 1950s. Great decoys for the serious Joiner collector.
