Charlie Joiner round bottom  painted eye mallard circa 1975. This one is a true working decoy by Charlie, made to hunt over. It does have a crack in neck and the bottom weight has been removed.  Not many of these working, painted eye mallards were made. Price includes shipping to lower 48. More pics available upon request.
