Mallard drake decoy repainted by Charlie "Speed" Joiner (1921-2015), Chestertown, MD.  Decoy was originally made by R Madison Mitchell. Rigging has been removed. A couple shiny spots near the tail where something dripped onto decoy. Nice decoy for the upper bay collector.
